ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY:


Once a customer’s order is received, Wear Me Promotions will process it as quickly as possible. As each order requires special attention, please order early to allow us enough time to ensure the best quality and embroidery for the product that is produced. Typically, we require 5-7 business days to process orders, but during the summer month (July – August), please allow 14-15 business days to process orders. When ordering, please be sure of your product sizes; items will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the customer is not sure of the size of a product, we request the customer to visit our store in person to try on and purchase it. For reference purposes, we have also put the size details of some of the products on our website so customers can check it.

If any items purchased are out of stock or on backorder, we will notify the customer when the item will be available for delivery.
All online orders are shipped via USPS Ground Mail / Priority Mail or FedEx ground service. For packages delivered to residential addresses, the package will be delivered usually at the front door or in front of the garage. The customer assumes responsibility for receipt of the package. We are not responsible for replacing any merchandise left at an unattended residence.
All online orders must be paid by credit card.

For online orders, if any shipped items are wrong or missing from the parcel, the customer needs to contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise.

Free shipping is available for orders of $350.00 or more. Online orders also allows the customer option of picking up the order from our store.

During the peak time of (July - August), we prefer customers to contact us via email for any enquiry

GARMENT CARE: Except for blazers, all garments are machine washable and dryer safe. We recommend washing in a delicate permanent press cycle, garments turned inside out.
The above terms are applicable, both for online orders and also for customers placing orders via the Order Form (which can be printed from the school store site).

PRIVACY:

Wear Me values their customers and respects their privacy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the information you give us. We do not sell, share, or trade customer information with any outside individuals or companies. We do not release your contact information to anyone or any businesses.
