ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY:
Once a customer’s order is received, Wear Me Promotions will process it as quickly as possible. As each order requires special attention, please order early to allow us enough time to ensure the best quality and embroidery for the product that is produced. Typically, we require 5-7 business days to process orders, but during the summer month (July – August), please allow 14-15 business days to process orders. When ordering, please be sure of your product sizes; items will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the customer is not sure of the size of a product, we request the customer to visit our store in person to try on and purchase it. For reference purposes, we have also put the size details of some of the products on our website so customers can check it.
For online orders, if any shipped items are wrong or missing from the parcel, the customer needs to contact us within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise.
Free shipping is available for orders of $350.00 or more. Online orders also allows the customer option of picking up the order from our store.
